Fortman Marina to Ballena Isle
A short, leisurely trip from Fortman Marina to
Ballena Isle Marina.
We left Fortman Marina this afternoon at 1253. We
didn't want to try to get into Ballena too early, because the depth is not great
and we need a high tide to make it.
On
the way, we shut the engine down and Steven jumped in to check the prop zinc. It
looked fine. The water wasn't too bad either - 23 degrees C (about 78 F). He
didn't even need a wetsuit!
