Miguel starts us out on our Canopy Tour by driving us up the river to Mismaloya.

Leif overcame his fears quickly, and soon he and Gage were fighting over who got to go first.

Roma comes in for a landing. The guide has a hand brake that you can see in his hand in case you come in too fast.

All the runs had names like "Scorpion" & "Depredator" & "Gobernator" and "Arnold". It was pretty funny.

This was a shrine to the owners brother who was killed on this spot when the river flooded many years ago.

Pedro get us ready for tequilla tasting. Yes, the canopy tour also makes and sells their own tequilla. We bought a bottle of the coffee flavored one.

There was a pond of freshwater turtles. Gage wanted to take them home to the boat with us.
