There are four ways to contact us.

There are many options available to contact us in today's modern age of technology. A simple, quick way to contact us is to send a short message to our satellite phone. This form will allow you to type in a message. We'll get the message within a minute, although we won't be able to respond as quickly (unless you indicate it is an emergency, in which case we'll call on the satellite phone as soon as we can). Whatever you type in the form will also be sent to us as an email, so we'll be sure to get your full message even if it is too long (more than 120 characters).

The best way, although not the quickest, to contact us is to send an email. We usually check our email once a day, although sometimes when we are underway we can go a couple of days without checking it. Emails to the kids have notoriously taken a long time to be responded to. This is in part because of the various activities we do each day, and part because the kids aren't really good typists yet and so they kinda drag their feet on responding. But please do write, because we will respond!

Whenever we update our website, we send out a mail to our update mailing list. You may request that we add you or remove you from our update mailing list. We only update once every month or two, so this is a very low-traffic email list. Your email address is not put on a web site or any other server where spammers can get to it.

If you actually want to speak to us, you can call us on our satellite phone. The phone number is 011-8816-3153-5667. The 011 is there for dialing from the United States. If you're calling from another country, use the appropriate international dialing access code. The 8816 is the Iridium Satellite Phone "Country Code." You may or may not be able to dial directly from your phone, depending on your long distance provider. If you call us, it does not cost us anything, although it will cost you however much your company charges for an international long distance phone call to the 8816 country. You might want to check with your long distance carrier before using them to dial the number.
